The key to worker safety is education, training and communication. The DBG T.E.E.S. ( Teaching Employees Effective Safety ) program was designed to promote awareness on the job to identify and eliminate hazards. Audits are conducted on a daily basis and documented for accounts of unsafe acts. Job Safety Analysis are utilized with each job, and daily toolbox meetings are performed.

By teaching employees the importance of following proper safety procedures, we ensure a safer working environment for all employees and others that may work, or visit our facilities.

We believe that the success of our safety program is contingent and dependent upon both Management and Employee involvement. Management is committed to allocating and providing all the resources needed to promote and effectively implement all aspects of the company's safety program.
